In your day to day you will: Product Management: Work directly with one engineering team in an agile environment to deliver new capabilities to PayPal’s Revolving Credit products. Responsible for managing the team’s backlog, writing stories, and other typical agile processes. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to define and document product requirements. Customer Insights: Proactively monitor and use key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication between different teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals, features, and timelines. Prepare and present regular updates on project progress and key performance indicators. What do you need to bring: 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end product delivery. Experience working directly with engineering teams in an agile environment to build products and experiences Experience within the credit or financial services industry.
